Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Altirs is a product of Eleven Orbit ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Altirs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Altirs provides AI safety infrastructure via REST API and dashboard, including content safety checks, PII detection and masking, prompt injection defense, and hallucination detection. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. API Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You agree not to share, publish, or expose your API keys in client-side code or public repositories. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys.
4. Rate Limits and Quotas
Each plan has defined rate limits and monthly request quotas. If you exceed your quota, further API requests will be rejected until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade your plan. Abuse of the rate limiting system may result in account suspension.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altirs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
